We collect and process your personal data only for the following purposes:

No sensitive data (origin, opinions, health, etc.) is collected. The site does not collect any data automatically beyond minimal technical information necessary for its operation (see Cookies section).

Your data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the intended purpose:

• Contact request without commercial follow-up
  3 years from the last interaction
• Active commercial relationship
  Throughout the relationship, plus 5 years after for legal/accounting obligations
• Server technical logs
  12 months maximum

Your data is only accessible to authorized personnel within Moebius (President and technical team). It may also be transmitted to our technical subcontractors acting on our behalf, strictly within the purposes described:

• Infomaniak Network SA

  Site hosting and email-sending server — Switzerland (jurisdiction recognized as adequate by the European Commission)

We never sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

The moebius.pro website currently uses only strictly necessary technical cookies (display language management, contact form submission). No analytics, advertising or profiling cookies are deposited.

Should we enable an analytics tool in the future (e.g. Google Analytics 4), we will set up a prior consent banner in line with CNIL recommendations and update this policy.

Under the GDPR and French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

If after contacting us you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the French CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/en/plaintes.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access: encrypted HTTPS connection (TLS), secure hosting in Switzerland, restricted data access to authorized personnel only, regular backups.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our practices or in regulations. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. In case of substantial change, we will notify you by appropriate means.
